At Dhaba Junction Brampton, our journey began with three passionate partners
Imtiaz Ali, Vivek Luther and Rajindar Kumar.
With Imtiaz’s operational expertise, Vivek’s strategic vision, and Chef Rajindar’s culinary magic, we successfully scaled the Dhaba Junction experience. Building on this success, we are proud to introduce our new venture..

VIVEK LUTHER (DIRECTOR)
Vicky’s journey is a testament to his unwavering passion for Indian cuisine and hospitality, rooted in the heart of his family’s bustling restaurant. From mastering traditional recipes to understanding the intricacies of customer service, his early experiences laid a solid foundation. Driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge, Vicky ventured into the corporate realm, securing IT positions in prestigious Fortune 50 Canadian companies. Here, he delved into organizational structures and communication dynamics, acquiring invaluable skills that would later complement his culinary expertise. Drawing from the best of both worlds, Vicky seamlessly integrates his rich culinary heritage with the professionalism and efficiency acquired during his corporate stints.
IMTIAZ ALI (OPERATIONS DIRECTOR)
Imtiaz Ali is an innovative and strategic leader who has carved a remarkable journey in the food & beverage and hospitality industry over the past 18 years. His progressive experience and unwavering dedication have propelled him to the forefront of operational excellence. As the Head of Operations at Dhaba Junction, Imtiaz showcased his exceptional leadership skills by increasing the restaurant’s profile fivefold within just two years. His ability to forge successful partnerships with prestigious outlets, combined with his passion for quality assurance and customer satisfaction, has set him apart. Imtiaz’s holistic approach encompasses strategic business partnerships, team leadership, training, operations management, and seamless multi-project coordination.
RAJINDAR KUMAR (CORPORATE CHEF)
Chef Rajinder Kumar is a highly experienced culinary professional with 36 years of expertise in Indian and Hakka cuisine. Known for his exceptional skills and creativity, he currently oversees the kitchens of Dhaba Junction and Punjab Land. Chef Rajinder Kumar excels in crafting dishes that are both authentic and innovative, seamlessly blending traditional flavors with modern techniques. His deep understanding of spices and flavors, combined with his extensive experience, enables him to create memorable dining experiences. As a leader, he not only ensures the highest quality of food but also mentors his team, fostering a culture of excellence in the kitchen. Chef Rajindar Kumar dedication and expertise make him a cornerstone of culinary excellence in the industry.
