At Dhaba Junction Brampton, our journey began with two passionate partners, Imtiaz Ali and Vivek Luther. With Imtiaz’s operational expertise and Vivek’s strategic vision, we successfully scaled the Dhaba Junction experience. Building on this success, we are proud to introduce our new venture, Punjabland Restaurant, where we continue to bring authentic flavors and exceptional service to our community, setting a benchmark in the hospitality and culinary industry.

Vicky’s journey is a testament to his unwavering passion for Indian cuisine and hospitality, rooted in the heart of his family’s bustling restaurant. From mastering traditional recipes to understanding the intricacies of customer service, his early experiences laid a solid foundation. Driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge, Vicky ventured into the corporate realm, securing IT positions in prestigious Fortune 50 Canadian companies. Here, he delved into organizational structures and communication dynamics, acquiring invaluable skills that would later complement his culinary expertise. Drawing from the best of both worlds, Vicky seamlessly integrates his rich culinary heritage with the professionalism and efficiency acquired during his corporate stints.

Imtiaz Ali is an innovative and strategic leader who has carved a remarkable journey in the food & beverage and hospitality industry over the past 18 years. His progressive experience and unwavering dedication have propelled him to the forefront of operational excellence. As the Head of Operations at Dhaba Junction, Imtiaz showcased his exceptional leadership skills by increasing the restaurant’s profile fivefold within just two years. His ability to forge successful partnerships with prestigious outlets, combined with his passion for quality assurance and customer satisfaction, has set him apart. Imtiaz’s holistic approach encompasses strategic business partnerships, team leadership, training, operations management, and seamless multi-project coordination.
